Look, its not an extravagant place. But the people that work there and the owners are amazing people. It's not the Hilton. But its awesome. Love it.
I've stayed here for a week and had no problems. I was living in a nice house in San Tan and my neighbors and roommates drove me to go to this hotel. I'd rather live at the Miles than there. Great price for what you get. Only picky people who think their opinions matter have something negative to say. You pay 60 something a night for a small apartment pretty much. Other places would charge over 120... This place has been here for years. Obviously they are doing something right...
Stayed here with my sister due to a family emergency . Got a two bd 2 ba condo for a good price !! Mary was very friendly and nice. We did not experience any bed bugs or cockroaches. Furniture was retro but nice n clean. Clean sheets, nice and quiet. Near Banner Baywood Medical Center. We stayed at a second property down the road from the office. The not so great thing was A/C not working. Housekeeper needs to dust a little bit better, but it was not crazy layers of dust, just a little here and there but other wise we were comfortable.
It's a big place for being a weekly. I got a big 1 bedroom apartment. The carpets were cleaned before I moved in an it was very clean. An Mary has worked with me in my times of being laid off from work. It's a older place so I see ppl giving bad review about appearance. This place was built in the 1940's so for being almost 80 years old it's really been maintenanced an kept up. An I've seen 0 bedbugs an 0 cockroaches!? So ppl that are saying this I've had no issues with any bugs.
6 1/2 years ago I had to move out of my house and Miles Motel rented an apartment to me at the Silver Creek apartments, operated by Miles Motel. Mary is a diamond and she's got a golden heart... with an excellent ability to read BS. So always tell the truth!!
Room was clean, no shampoo/conditioner samples, plenty of towels. A bit of foot traffic outside the room going back and forth, up and down stairs, on the second floor between 12 am - 5 am. Front office staff was the nicest lady w/great customer service last night and at check out. Overall, it was a great overnight stay and I would stay again.
This place is usefully abhorrent! What grinds my gears is I had a friend visit me and Mike the proprietor approached us en route to my room and accosted us telling me I couldn't go to my room, that I was tresspassing! until I produced my room key then he aggressively told my guest she wasn't allowed to visit me!!!! So rude.. so very rude and unprofessional I WANT TO DEMAND A REFUND Besides all that the room was nothing
The Owner is very kind and professional.She gave us a couple discounts and made our other decisions not even worth looking at because the great price and the size of the place. People here are very friendly and the cleaning crews are also friendly and know the rules of the property to have it managed and operating at ease. I would highly recommend if you happen to need a quick stay. Its affordable and very spacious and offers comfort with tranquility! * * * * * :) Happy Customer!
